- "Services" refers to the bill payment services, including mobile data, airtime purchases, and electricity bill payments, offered by EazyData Limited.
- "Website" refers to EazyData Limited's website located at EazyData Limited.
- "Account" refers to the account created by a user to access and use the services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may be communicated to you. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

EazyData Limited reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. 4. Eligibility
To be eligible to use the services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and Conditions.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to update this information as necessary to ensure it is accurate, current, and complete at all times.
Each user is allowed to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
EazyData Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
6. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Creating more than one account.
- Using the same phone number to create multiple accounts.
- Using EazyData Limited as a means to scam others.
- Using EazyData Limited to store large sums of money, as it is not a savings account.
- Using the account numbers provided for any purpose other than funding your EazyData account.
- If reselling data, failing to attribute the source to EazyData Limited.
7. Payment Terms
All payments made through our services are subject to the following terms:
- Transaction Finality: Once a transaction is completed and a receipt is issued, it is final, and no refunds will be provided. This applies to all purchases, including mobile data, airtime, and bill payments.
- Top-Up Delays: If you experience a delay in your top-up reflecting in your account balance, please wait a few minutes before contacting customer service. If the issue persists, contact us via email or text message. Phone calls regarding top-up delays will not be entertained.
- Account Funding: Users will be assigned a unique account number for topping up their EazyData account. Please do not transfer more than 10,000 Naira or less than 200 Naira at a time, as 50 Naira will be capped at 2%. Transfers outside this range may result in the loss of funds, which EazyData Limited will not be responsible for.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. EazyData Limited collects personal information necessary for the operation of our services. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and transaction history. We use this information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Termination of Service
EazyData Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. In the event of termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You are responsible for ensuring that all outstanding payments are made prior to termination.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, EazyData Limited reserves the right to retain any funds in your account for up to 30 days. After this period, you may be eligible to receive a refund of up to 80% of the remaining balance, subject to any applicable fees and deductions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazyData Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the services.
EazyData Limited shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any conduct or content of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EazyData Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nigeria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the services.

The failure of EazyData Limited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and EazyData Limited with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter.
